Phone Payoff

Have 2 months left on phone payment and wanted to pay it off. Cannot do it on Sprint web site and when I do a search on Sprint it comes up with no information on how to do it.  Seems like they set it up that way to make you call or visit a Sprint center. Very inconvenient.

Please try to fallow these steps:

1- Dial *3 on the phone.

2- Select "pay by phone" (not go to the app).

3- Press 1 if calling from that phone.

4- Press option 3 for the installment plan menu.

5- Follow prompts to make payment to the installment plan.

That worked. They still need to put the payoff function on the web page.
