RINGBACK TONE EXPIRED???

ok so i subscribed and im paying for it then on top of that i had to BUY a song that EXPIRES?? so when my ringback tone expired i never got another one so now it just has that dumb greeting but no song i dont want the subscription how do i take that subscription off?

Have you tried turning it off from the Ringback Tone settings? Let me know what steps you have taken.

You can try unsubscribing on your MySprint online account at Sprint.com Follow the steps below:

>Go to Sprint.com

  1. Click Sign in, enter username and password, click Sign in again.
    • Each phone number requires a unique My Sprint account log on to manage Ringback Tones.
  2. Select Digital Lounge tab > My Phone and Media > My Music > My Purchase History.
  3. Select the subscription, click Unsubscribe > OK.
