Spouse passed away and need to make changes to our plan.

I've tried to solve this through a sprint store and had the death certificate and all.

My spouse passed away in October, we shared lines on one plan and I took it over

in November as well as being told that a sprint representative would contact me about

disconnecting the line she was on.

 

Here it is, February and I'm still waiting to hear anything.

 

Please help!
