Had Sprint for nearly 3 years, no problems. Acct always paid on time, contract expired. Moved out of state, got new phone & new number from different provider. Now Sprint refuses to close my account.
(Same thing happened w T-Mobile, had to file complaints with the FCC & my state's consumer protection agency to get the acct closed, wound up paying for an extra month.)
Has anyone been able to resolve a similar issue quickly?
