Unauthorized TEP Plus


On 12/29/2017, I was notified via email that Total Equipment Protection Plus had been added to my phone line. This was done without my knowledge or consent.
I contacted Sprint the same day, and was informed that it was a mistake, and that the insurance would be removed without charge. This did not happen, and I was billed for the insurance on 1/3/2018.
I again contacted Sprint on 1/4/2018, and was assured that the insurance charge would be credited. It has been a week, and no such credit has been applied.
This runaround for fraudulent activity on my account is extremely disappointing, and I would appreciate any assistance.
