I am sorry that you are unable to access the internet on your phone. In order to be able to determine how to fix this, I will need to know what type of device you have. Do you get any errors when trying to access data? Are any other sprint users having the same issues with accessing the web on their devices?
I'm not able to use my internet services or navigation on my sprint phone. Is there something I can do to fix this? The last time it happened I had to call sprint to get reformatted or something like that.
