It just seems to be the data that is affected. I can make calls and send texts, but I can use imessage or any apps that require a data connection. it's been down for 3-4 hours that i know of.
Please update the PRL on the device:
On the keypad, dial ##873283# and tap the Call button.
Tap OK. The handset will search for profile updates and install them.
The PRL is now updated.
