question on Family Locator app

I have this setup on the two phones on my account.  Used it yesterday successfully.  Today instead of the usual logon it is asking me to do the 15 day trial.  How do I correct this?

There's a chance that your Family Locator account may have unintentionally been removed from your Sprint account.

Were you eventually able to log on properly? Please advise and we can look into this for you.

Sorry for the delay in checking out my question.  On my account I still see the $5 a month being charged each billing cycle.  Tried it yesterday and still the same issue.  thanks.
