Because you changed your phone number, try another phone number on your account. If this does not work, go to www.sfl.sprintpcs.com and log in using your original parent phone number/password and follow the Account Reinstate flow to un-suspend the account. Your original phone number must be active to do so. Worst case scenario, we will have to remove your Sprint Family Locator account and then re-register with your new Sprint phone number.
