replaced stolen phone with new device and new number.my phone is not communicating with existing family locater plan.i cant even log in.how do i register new phone to existing plan?

Because you changed your phone number, try another phone number on your account. If this does not work, go to www.sfl.sprintpcs.com and log in using your original parent phone number/password and follow the Account Reinstate flow to un-suspend the account. Your original phone number must be active to do so. Worst case scenario, we will have to remove your Sprint Family Locator account and then re-register with your new Sprint phone number.
