SOLUTION: Mobile Internet Error Codes

 Below is a list of possible data provisioning issues as of 11/07/2017. 

If you are experiencing any of these errors select Retry or Cancel, then restart your phone.  If your problem persists  click here to reply to this post.

1001 Invalid Scheme in URL
1002 Digest too Large
1005 There is no customer record on the UP server

1010 Service Read The web site is temporarily unavailable or incorrect address (URL) used.

1014 Invalid Content

1019 N/A
1028 Network Busy Web site or network server is busy or over capacity
  1. If the problem has occurred for less than 48 hours, try to access the website later.
  2. If the problem occurred for more than 48 hours, check the customer's usage in the Service Trender tool.
1029 Key Exchange Disabled The web site is temporarily unavailable or incorrect address (URL) used.
  1. Verify that the web site/URL used is correct, and/or:
  2. Try to access the web later, and/or:
  3. Contact the website content provider for further assistance.
2048   Web site or network server is busy or over capacity
  1. If the problem has occurred for less than 48 hours, try to access the website later.
  2. If the problem occurred for more than 48 hours, check the customer's usage in the Service Trender tool.
3000 Network Timeout. Please try again. Click retry or cancel. Web site or network server is busy or over capacity
