Customers who have Google Voice integrated with their Sprint account may have issues making/receiving phone calls if they change to a new Sprint phone number.
You must deactivate Google Voice prior to processing the number change. As a safety net, you may want to call/chat with Sprint to make sure the Google Voice account has been disabled and/or removed before changing your number.
You should also ensure that you have turned off Selective Call Blocking from your Sprint.com account preferences. You can do this by going to your My Sprint account: Preferences: Limits and Permissions: Block Voice. Be sure the radio button is set to "Do not bock any voice calls" and click Save.
