Pixel 3aXL

Hey Mario. @Em_Will_I_Am

Here is a customer that we helped last week unlocking his Google pixel.

(Customers device appears unlocked in DNA but he says it is not.

MEID:  35964309155784

Name: Doug Brown

Device: Pixel 3aXL)

The device is still locked. Take a look at this conversation when you have a chance.

Conversation: #4168528

Re: Pixel 3aXL

Google says it's unlocked. Actually it was already unlocked when I made the request.  It has been unlocked since 11/14/2019.

Re: Pixel 3aXL

I understand that. Do we tell the customer that the device is unlocked and close the conversation? He is still not able to use another SIM card.

Re: Pixel 3aXL

Yeah, Google has confirmed it.  All we do is make sure he is connected to the internet and has the Sprint SIM inserted.  If he is still having problems, he would need to contact Google.
