I've been in business for 20 years never run into a mess like sprint
Every time I go to there local corporate store, they miscommunicate, waste my time and they don't care. On the phone they may show empathy but they really don't do anything about it. In comparison i feel like royalty when dealing with American Airlines. Of course I am not locked into a two year agreement with American Airlines so I guess they have to try a little harder, even in bankruptcy.
