Why has my insurance changed from $13/phone to $15/phone with no warning? I don't understand how I could pay the same thing for 5 months and suddenly there's a $4 increase for my bill when I've never missed a payment or used an insurance claim.

All customers were notified of the price increase around August 7, 2018. This was done by letter. The increase is due to a migration to another plan with many added benefits. You can find out more at www.sprintcomplete.com.
