Flex Lease Issues

I was looking to use the flex lease option to pay off my phone but the option magically disappeared and no one can seem to figure it out. How do I resolve this? I called and got nowhere. I have the flex lease and it expires after this month. I had the option to do the 6 month buy out but had sent my phone in for repairs so I was waiting to submit the purchase. Now I got my phone back working but only the full buy out is available. What's going on here? Has anyone had this and get it resolved?

@Justme709  Hey, we can check that out for you. Can you kindly confirm if you're using these steps: 

 

  1. Log into your www.sprint.com Account. 
  2. On the "Account Dashboard" locate the device .
  3. Click anywhere on the tile of the device you wish to transact on to access a menu 
  4. Under the "Buyout Device" section direct the customer to choose either "Full Price" or "6 Monthly Installments" by selecting the "Buy Now" button under the selection.

 

 

If the you chose "6 MONTHLY PAYMENTS"

        1. Agreement will display
          • Term
          • Installment Amount
          • Contract Start Dat
          • Contract End Date
        2. Check the box after reading the Terms and Conditions
        3. Click Agree
        4. On the Success screen, click Return to My Device Agreement
      • This indicates a successful completion
        • Note:  If there is an issue with completing the transaction use the chat capability. 

 

If you customer chose "OWN IT"

      1. Agreement will display
        • Term
        • Installment Amount
        • Contract Start Dat
        • Contract End Date
      2. Check the box after reading the Terms and Conditions
      3. Click Agree
      4. On the Success screen, click Return to My Device Agreement
    • This indicates a successful completion
      • Note:  If there is an issue with completing the transaction use the chat capability.

It only gives me a full payment option. The 6 month option is gone. Have tried on web and app with same result.
