I am so frustrated with not being able to speak with anyone who can help me. I have spoken, chatted, emailed and everything else I can possibly do to understand why I cant lease a phone and everyone tells me that I am in good standing and go ahead and lease phone yet I dont have that option when I go to do so Ive even been told I need to call and have someone open a new account and transfer phones and then when I do that no one knows what Im talking about and say I have the wrong info. SOMEONE HELP!!!!!
