I was wondering why sprint offers better pricing/lease pricing for new customers as opposed to existing ones? Sorry I dont buy the reason that it is to help with transfer cost or to help pay off the phones they have with their current provider. Unless they are purchasing the phones they can return them. I just find it to be a bad business practice to charge existing customers in good standing 20%-30% more. It's like we're being penalized..wouldn't it be better to offer existing customers the same pricing?....but really that would be to easy a fix to keep existing customers. I'm wondering also if you customer retention dept is overwhelmed..you'd gave to have one first I guess.
