Trade In with a Damaged Device

So I am trading in my iPhone X for the new iPhone 11 Pro Max for $18 per month with the trade in. My current iPhone X has a clean screen but the glass on the back of the phone is cracked on the bottom half. The phone is still fully operational and I have had no problems with it. Is a cracked back glass on the back of my iPhone X make it not eligible for the trade in and lease of my new phone?

Re: Trade In with a Damaged Device

The back screen can be cracked and it still qualify.
