Upgraded a line and was told a discount for 5g

I upgraded a phone line to an s10 5g on the website. It told me that after a down payment of 50 dollars I would get the phone for 35 or 36 a month.

 

Now I dont see the discount at all. I'm told that was for only new lines. So a glitch in the system? I upgraded my freedom unlimited plan to a more expensive plan that I can not back up to over this.

 

I'm highly highly highly upset.

 

 I have been with Sprint for quite some time.

Spoke to another Sprint person and confirm that I had a discount. Guess it was a one day sale he didnt know about. Lol one person always knows the system when another does not.
