Sprint topped all rivals, earning a No. 1 ranking for Voice Service Satisfaction and No 1. for Data Services Satisfaction among enterprise business customers, according to a survey by Yankee Group, a leading industry analyst firm, and Enterprise Mobile Magazine.
Not only did Sprint take top honors in voice and data satisfaction, but in voice satisfaction, it won convincingly, ranking first or second in nine of 10 categories.
The matching No. 1 rankings are continued proof that Sprint’s Business Markets Group is establishing itself as a leader in the business marketplace. In less than a year, the unit succeeded in aligning its resources around the needs of Sprint customers, broadened its product portfolio, improved customer service, expanded converged solutions offerings, and delivered a network that’s dependable and, with 4G, one that the competition can’t match for power and speed.
