As of 2 days ago, our incoming calls have not been recieved. Callers are instead directed to our voicemail box after a few rings. I've reset the phone connect 2 box, our phones, etc. To further narrow down the problem, I have discovered that while I am calling out to our voicemail box using *86, while connected to the voicemail box, calls are receieved. How can we fix this so that we may recieve calls as normal again?
