sounds like the account holder needs to dial *2 from any Sprint phone and speak with a Sprint worker about changing the address. should only take a few minutes. be prepared to provide your security information.
You can find the area to change your Billing Address under My Sprint Tab then navigate to the My Preferences Tab then Under the Section Titled All about my Account then navigate to the link My Address to that will open up a pop-up of the section to change that.
