Thank you for your feedback in regards to blocking restricted/blocked numbers. We understand the high demand for such a feature on our network for our customers and please understand it is not falling on deaf ears. This is still a process we are still attempting to obtain but this is no easy task. Blocking a number is a FCC approved feature which most cell phone providers support to provide their customers including Sprint. We are still looking into this hang in there as we continue to obtain a successfully measure in performing this request.
I have noticed that customers have repeatedly asked over the YEARS for Sprint to come up with a way to let the average cell phone user (not androids or blackberries) block restricted calls. Would you please explain to all of us customers, why despite repeated requests for this feature (which should be free), does Sprint plainly REFUSE to do something about it?
