Call log not working

Cant see my calls on the call log.  I'm getting this message.

{validated: false, errorMessage: "Exception occured while updating profile preferences"}
Does any one know what's the problem?

I am getting the same message.  It started on Feb 25 and still not working. Can't view my call log.

having same problem called sprint was told it was do to call log being upgraded it would be fixed in 1 hour that was 4 hours ago.

Sorry for your troubles with this function on the website. There was an issue with call logs discovered during a recent deploy.  This was fixed Monday morning. If you are still having trouble viewing them, please let me know.
