Does the link appear? When you click on it what happens? If you get an error message what is the message? You also should call in or CHAT to confirm that you have Detailed Billing active on the line, without that it will not display a call log.
I can access my account information. We have 4 lines on our account. I cannot access the call log for mine or my daughter's phone lines. I continue to get an error message each time. I can, however, access my husband's call log and the fourth line call log. Why is this? I need to be able to look at the calls placed and received by my daughter.
