I have the same problem too. Sprint customer service was not too concerned about the fraudulent charges, they told me to wait and see at the end of August and the problem would be resolved, but we are into September and still no help from Sprint. Can you help me resolve this problem?
I contaced the Sprint Fraud Dept. directly to look at this. A representative will be in contact with you to review the findings of the investigation.
Has anyone experienced fraudulent international charges on their sprint bill? If so, how do you rectify this if the "fraud" dept confirms it is not considered fraud based on their investigation? I have been a valued customer for more than 7 years and appalled at the fraud department to accuse me of making $700 worth of international phone calls. You woudl think logically they would take the time to review my account history for account usage, trending etc.
