I've been trying to pay my bill online for 3 days and it's getting extremely frustrating not being able to get this accomplished. Aside from other confusing issues on the site, I can't even figure out where to click to make a payment.
THIS IS REALLY HORRRIBLE. THERE IS NO FLOW TO THE PROCESS OF SETTING UP BILL PAY.PLEASE ADDRESS
