If you have already updated your profile by associating your account number, try logging in and selecting your account from the account flipper (located on the upper right-hand corner, where your user ID is listed). If the account is not displaying after you have updated your profile, please contact 888-800-5558 for support.

In the meantime, to protect your privacy please change your display name to something other than your email address.
To do that sign in to My Sprint, you can make changes to your username or password in the My preferences tab at the top of the page.
1. Click the My Preferences tab
2. Click on the Change display name, username or password link
3. A window will pop up allowing you to make changes to your account
4. Edit your display name, then click Save
I can log in to my account, the site sends me to a message which tells me I have to update my account. I did, and am still getting the same message.
