If you are trying to access your phones online and only see yours, you most likely do not have your online profile set at the account holder level, Here is a blog that helps you check that and then how to set it that way.
You have to register the phone online with sprint to get personal access to it. If YOU are the main account holder you should have access to see all of the devices under your plan. If you are still having trouble with this please contact Sprint Customer Care.
