Im getting the following error when attempting to send an email to customer service . I can sign in and navigate the site just fine but only when I submit the message this happens. Please help!!!

and was able to send a test email using Firefox.
"Timeout" may indicate you took longer than the 15 minute session timeout to compose your message. After 15 minutes of inactivity you are logged out of Sprint to protect your private information.
Can you please retry, and if you get the error again post the URL from the browser bar that you get the error on, and what web browser you're using?
