Help with Free Message from Sprint

I received a text message from Sprint. It told me what my user name was and said that they never will ask me for it. They also said if I didn't request it to call them at *2.  I didn't request it and tried to call *2. The phone call never initiated.  I tried responding to the text message, but that bounced back saying I didn't have enough digits.  I want to try to find out who requested my user name and to let Sprint know that I didn't request it.  How do I do this when phone calls and text messages don't work?  Thank you.

The good news is that the info can't be changed without your permission. It won't be sent to the person who is trying to hack you. I would recommend changing your passwords to keep your privacy and be on the safe side.
