I am constantly getting the message "Message Send Failure" when trying to send texts. Mostly in Boston so coverage should not be an issue. Anyone else having this issue?
Hold on as long as you can! Follow these steps when you are in the area:
From the home screen, tap Phone.
Note: This will update both the data profile and the PRL.
This action requires the device is in your network coverage area.
On the keypad, dial ##873283# and tap the Call button.
The handset will search for profile updates and install them.
The PRL is now updated.
Switch off your device for 5 minutes, then turn it back on. Please let us know if there's any change.
