Not able to send MMS.

Much like others posting here, I am unable to send MMS messages. The error just results in an '! Not Delivered' message.
What are we supposed to do with this?
Let's go through some troubleshooting. How long have you been having this issue? Are you sending MMS to someone in your contact list? Are the contacts saved with the area code?
Ever since switching to Sprint. Less than 2 months.
Yes and yes. This problem occurs to multiple contacts. I have yet to successfully send an MMS to someone on Sprint.
So, are you only experiencing this issue with other Sprint customers? Or you haven't been able to send an MMS since you've been with Sprint?
Ok, thank you for clarifying that. I wanted to make sure I was on the same page with you. I'm going to ask you some questions that may seem weird, but I'm going through the troubleshooting steps. Are the numbers you're sending the MMS to, programmed into your phone with the area code? Are you sending them to only 1 person at a time, or multiple people in one message?
I apologize, I want to verify one thing. I have asked a couple of times and you said yes, but I want to verify that it was directed at that specific question. Are the numbers programmed into your phone with the are code?

Are you using the stock app that came on the phone for messaging? Or have you downloaded a 3rd party app?
Are you able to connect to the internet and browse?
