Haha. I made this mistake of buying the LG G8 X phone for the holiday promotion. 1st.  you do not get the dual screen when you purchase your phone. You have to take pictures and emails of your receipt and send it to a third party. And then  you sit and wait anywhere from 10 to 18 weeks for them to send you your dual screen. If you're lucky enough to get one because as their website says quantities are limited. Then if you are one of the very rare that do get your dual screen. Apparently there is Slim to no chance of getting the TV. Every post on Sprint app, the LG app, places like Reddit, YouTube and Google will all tell you the same thing. And heaven forbid you try to contact anyone about your screen or TV. Sprint tells you they do not handle it that you must contact LG. Then when you contact LG they tell you they do not handle it. It is sourced out to a third party. That just has a phone number where you leave a message and no one ever responds.
