I ported to Sprint under the assumption that i am getting activated with BYOD Free 1 year plan and i had mentioned the same to the executive activating my BYOD Free plan.
However upon checking, i am enrolled in Kickstart plan and getting charged from last 2 months.
No resolution from Sprint yet. This is totally frustrating and poor customer service.
It feels like Sprint is cheating to get new customers.
