After a hard day at working and visiting the Sprint store to cancel service for one line and one tablet that our family hadn't used in months, the staff in the store refused to help me cancel service and directed me to call Customer Service. Already irritated after having wasted time to stop at the store, I made the call and reached Customer Service Agent Kryshoan who was so helpful and pleasant. She educated me on some features that I didn't know I had with my plan and offered various ways to save money with a few minor tweaks. She was awesome! I appreciate her courtesy, knowledge and help.
