I ordered one year free unlimited plan online with 3 sim cards. After got all the sim cards, I went to sprint.com/activatenow and activated one of the sim card, it was successful. Then I tried to activate another two sim cards, it didn't allow me to go ahead, it just said 'Your account is already in our system'. I heard that online order can be activated only through web, so what should I do in this case? Please advice.

Did you sign into your Sprint.com account before trying to activate the new SIM cards? If not, you'll want to log in to your Sprint account online and then use the self-service tools there to add on those other 2 SIM's. Give that a shot and let us know if you have any questions.
Thank you for advice! I login into sprint.com and use the Activate -> You own device, enter order number and zip code, then got error message 'There are no pending orders in our system for this confirmation number and ZIP code.'. Please advice which menu/functionality I should use.
