I woke up this morning with a voicemail message, went to retrieve it, and voicemail is asking me for a passcode. I have never used a passcode on my voicemail before and have no idea what the passcode is. Why would it suddenly start doing this? Was something in my account reset?
Im not sure if something on your account was reset, but you can easily change the vm passcode by calling us at 18882114727 or from your sprint.com account go to the my preferences tab, from that tab you will see a section that says ALL ABOUT MY ACCOUNT, under "things i can manage online - account" select change voicemail passcodes and you will be able to change yourself from there.
