Insurance screwed me..

I got a replacement phone thru asuron, but it was lost and you hiys are expecting it yo be sent nack when i cant and im being charged a bunch of money...and the phone u sent doeent even work right it's horrible and I don't get why they are so expensive with the insurance still, I need a better phone anyways and it's probably cheaper and works!! I'm not happy with sprint and we have been customers for about 10yrs +
