I added the 2GB mobile hotspot feature to my account online and when I go to turn it on it says I need to set it up either by calling or using the website. I read other discussions that said to try ##UPDATE# but that's not working and I don't know what to do next. Any suggestions?
Thank you for posting. Have you also tried power cycling your device? The ##update# should help with the phone recognizing your new update to your account with the hotspot added. Have you tried logging in to your mysprint.com account and make sure that it shows the service was added? Please let me know.
