I had been told that when I received my last bill of 201$ it was the previous month, and the month ahead. I paid it, and was told that the next time I get billed it would not be that much. Mind you, this was after my contract had ended. Now I had just checked my bill again, and it's 187$...after one month? I called and was told this was this much because it's like my "first bill" again and I'm also paying the next month ahead. Which makes no sense, seeing as I was told that last month. After calling with representatives and senior specialists, it only seemed as though I was getting talked in circles, solely getting the information that my bill is this high because it's the month ahead that'll be getting paid as well, and that next month won't be that high. I have been receiving bills of 200$ for a while now, and my plan is supposed to be less than 100$. It's extremely frustrating because I feel like I'm just getting used as a profit maker, why can't my bill be like others? I know someone in the same situation as I am in however they only pay 98$ a month. I get close to 200$. As a college student who can only survive off of ramen now because my phone company isn't making any sense, HELP. Please, and thank you.
