MY LTE DOESNT SHOW UP

EVER SINCE I GOT MY PHONE 5 MY LTE NEVER SHOWED UP ITS ALWAYS SAID 3G AND IS THERE A WAY TO FIX THIS I DID THE ## UPDATE ALREADY AND THAT DIDNT WORK

I want to help with this issue! How long have you had your iPhone 5? Also, when you first got your device did LTE show up then? I would like to take a look at your location; can you please provide zip and cross streets please? Thank you in advance.
