I have looked through the discussions and it appears that several people have this problem, yet Sprint has not provided a solution. I need a direct answer because I am tired of paying for unlimited data when I have NO access to data during the day. My phone is contantly on 1x and will occassionally go to 3G while I'm at work.
What is the fix for this? I have done network reset, ##UPDATE#, and powered off an on. Nothing works. I need to be able to access my email, etc during the day.
