iPhone 5 16GB Order to Delivery Time - How Long Did Yours Take?

To inform others this thread is intended to be a running list of the order-to-delivery times for the iPhone 5 16GB.  Just list the way you ordered it (Sprint store, Sprint online, retail vendor store or retail vendor online), the order date and the arrival date.

Arrival date:  October 19 by end of day

The phone is being sent from Louisville (??) to Nevada.  Hope that doesn't mean it's a refurbished one.  Afterall, Sprint only warrantees the iPhones for 14 days after activation.  After that you're stuck unless you buy the annual Apple Service Plan.
