Was first in line to get the new iPhone yesterday. Ever since I left the store, I have not been able to get data on my phone. 3g doesn't show up at all. Was on the phone with tech support more than once, and they said that i had a defective phone. I went and had the phone replaced, and am having the same issue. tried all of the resets suggested, went to update my network settings, etc. Obviously there is an issue with the Sprint-iPhone 5 connection (the 4S i was using is now my wifes, and it shows a full 3G signal, and works awesome!)
Not sure what the next step is.
I have done this several times, under direction of Sprint, and on my own. It works for about 2 minutes then starts all over again. I've had enought after paying the amount of money I did for this phone.

you would be better off starting a thread in the customer service area so an agent can look into it. youre currently posting in an area where agents dont really visit anymore..they mainly stick to the CS area.
they will need your zip code as well as the 2 crossing streets closest to the problem area.."everywhere" doesnt exactly help narrow down which towers you would normally connect to.
no physical address or personal info unless it is sent in a private message to the agent youre working with.
