I have no idea what's happening.

I've bought a Sprint iPhone 5s as backup device several months ago, without any postpaid agreements.

Yesterday I want to use it but I found it refusing to accept any SIM except the one bundled in the package.
The bundled SIM have no network so I cannot use it at all. 

 

What can I do? Thank you.

Thanks for contacting us! Please know that in order to swap a device on your line, a SIM Card swapped needs be performed as well. 

Were you able to active your iPhone 5S? If you're still needing assistance with the activation, feel free to let us know.
