My phone is not working correctly. The touch screen is not responding.
I'm wan't to get it replaced or at least looked at
do I take it to a sprint store or the apple store?
Unfortunately, no i don't have TEP. When I looked into it, I get this message:
"Total Equipment Protection" is not supported by the phone Apple iPhone 5s 16GB .
The phone is only 6 months old, so the apple care is still available.
so just take it to apple then?
