My Iphone 5s issues

My phone is not working correctly.  The touch screen is not responding.

I'm wan't to get it replaced or at least looked at

do I take it to a sprint store or the apple store?

Thank you for reaching out to us. Do you have TEP or Apple Care insurance? If you have TEP, you are able to take the phone into the nearest Service and Repair Center. If you have Apple Care, it would be best to take it into the Apple store.

Unfortunately, no i don't have TEP. When I looked into it, I get this message:

"Total Equipment Protection" is not supported by the phone Apple iPhone 5s 16GB .


The phone is only 6 months old, so the apple care is still available. 


so just take it to apple then?

Have you tried contacting Apple since the device might still be under factory warranty?
