purchased device through third party and now I can’t activate through other carrier but its not black listed , and has nothing owed for device . Called multiple times explaining situation but no one seems to help out .
Hello there! In order for us to be able to unlock the device, the account information is needed. We need the phone number and the security PIN or the answer to the security question on the account that the device used to be active. As soon as you gather that information from the previous owner, you can reach back to us for further assistance.
