Multiple people are having issues, it doesn't seem to be enabled. OTA updates had to be sent for the LG G3, maybe the same for the new iPhones? Sprint just needs to admit that it isn't working.....admit it on the website, put out a statement letting the public know that they're working to fix the issue...etc.
I agree, since they don't want to state the facts about their phone I think we should. The whole "let me check your location for coverage" is getting old.
Why trouble shoot the device or check for area at all?? If the person says his or her iPhone 6 isn't connecting to Spark LTE, and you are aware that Iphone6 arent capable of connecting to Spark LTE, then why not just say it ? Obviously it's a known issue, but sprint isn't saying anything about it. Because they are afraid people will not sign up for the 2yr term. If they were really that worried then they should of already fixed the problem, it's been weeks since iphone 6 has been out. No one is trying to diss on sprint for no reason, just trying to state the facts. And unfortunatly, when someone does build a website to expose them, or makes it to the media, only then Sprint fixes the issue. Wish it wasn't that way
