I purchased an iPhone 6 from Verizon. It is currently in the mail on it's way to me.
It's a long story as to why I purchased it from Verizon, it's part of a long term plan. Don't worry about that.
My question is, I currently have an iPhone 5c on sprint...I know that the Verizon iPhone 6's come factory unlocked.
So when I receive this iPhone 6 in the mail, am I able to just pop in the sprint 4g sim card from the iPhone 5c?
Will it activate and work just fine since the iPhone 6 is unlocked?

Sprint does not activate any phone not made for the Sprint network.
It's their policy and not just because the phone may or may not work on the network.
Sprint has every IMEI/MEID/ESN of every device for it's network. If your Verizon IMEI is NOT in that list it will not be allowed on the network.
With the Sprint BYOD service you can now bring your own device into any Sprint store and have it activated on the Sprint network. Below is a list of current phones eligible for BYOD.
Eligible devices include (domestic versions):
If you don't see your device listed, visit a Sprint store near you to validate or discuss options.
